It looks as though I'll be able to come to the Black Road. The dates work!
Who else might be tempted?
(Depending on who's coming and who's running, I'll probably run one or two games - but I know several people have said that they want to come and run ... )

It looks as though I might not be able to go to TBR next year ...
The big event of the year at my MedSci job is the three weeke Principles of Clinical Anatomy course, which is run at the end of the summer term. And that means 2007 will be 11th - 29th June. And they're talking about moving TBR back into June to avoid the July 4th weekend (which is fair enough).
But it will mean I miss it (she snivels). And I did enjoy it this year.
Oh well, hopefully I'll be luckier in 2008.

It was harder getting up this morning.
hmace's game had run a little late and at 7am I didn't feel like climbing out of bed, still less heading for the pool.

I was wired enough to wake up very early.
hmace merely groaned, so I trotted out for a swim. So not a Grey Panther hotel - 7am and I had the pool and the hot tub totally to myself. It was heaven.

Here will follow - over a number of posts - a full account of the last two weeks. While your Author hopes, Gentle Reader, that the whole might prove Instructive, Amusing and Edifying, she is well aware that for a number of you the content might prove a little dull and you will be skim-reading it with a mental cry of "Pah! Enough with this boring stuff! What does she say about Me?"
